I love to see my images come to life in front of me through colour and texture intensities.  Gentle rural scenes, Canadian wildlife, and our forefathers' way of life are my main subject matters.

Of late I have returned to a form of creativity once used as a young boy...Pyrography...(Pie-rog-ra-fee...the act of burning an image into wood, leather, paper etc. with a hot tipped instrument or fine flame).

It is exciting to watch a blank panel of wood become a piece of nature once again with the image of wild life that once surrounded it.  My thoughts and feelings expressed through poems is yet another form of creative expression I find great solace in.
