RENTALS
Our aim is to provide a venue for artists to exhibit and sell their work. In order to respect the needs of the cooperative and the artist, all artists who wish to rent must observe the Rental Policy’s in place. Artists may only exhibit their own original works.
STUDIO RENTALS
Studios are leased on a yearly basis and are available to members only and only for art related activities. A waiting list is kept for interested members.There are seven studios on the upper level and can be shared by more than one member. There is one studio in the basement however, not open to the public. Visits may be requested by making an appointment with the artist.
GALLERY RENTALS
There are two galleries: the Main Gallery and the Art Cove Gallery on the main floor that can be rented by both members and non-members. Applications must be made well in advance of the requested exhibit dates to ensure booking of the dates requested. We are usually booking one year ahead.

Applications may be submitted anytime and dates requested will be considered on a first come, first served and availability basis.
The Main Gallery is booked on a weekly basis and for group or solo shows usually 2-3 weeks at a time.
The Art Cove Gallery Starting 2012 will be available on a bi-weekly basis according to the gallery booking policy.
Booking Schedule and Policy
All shows are installed on a Sunday and dismantled on Saturday at 3 pm when the gallery closes. Alternate times may be arranged.
Commission on Sales in the galleries: Commission applies to all items sold in the galleries.
Members – 18%
Non-Members – 30%
We do not charge or collect HST on sales

WORKSHOP RENTALS
Both members and non-members are welcome to rent and enjoy the use of our spacious ground floor classroom for art related activities. It is perfect for large projects, teaching classes, lectures, seminars and art parties. The workshop is a great meeting place for visual artists and through support of the City of Brampton we are able to keep rental rates very affordable.Please contact the administration office for more details and availability.
