Margaret grew up in Toronto and developed a love for art and animals at an early age. Though born as a city girl she has always loved the outdoors and wildlife and expresses this through her art. Inspiration for her art comes from her cottage in Parry Sound as well as the wildlife that can be found all around. Margaret challenges herself by looking for a different perspective on Wildlife art. As a graduate of Sheridan College she continues to grow as an artist by learning new techniques through workshop as she believes you should never stop learningSeaworld. Various works have been published in Visual Arts Brampton Calendars as well as Tony Clement's Calendar and the Visual Arts Brampton 2000 Alphabet book. She can be found on the weekends by chance or by appointment in Studio 7 at Beaux Arts Brampton. She accepts commissions for pet portraits and can be reached by e-mail at sarahs.art@sympatico.ca.
