About the Artist
An active member of Beaux-Arts Brampton, Dianne Sutter has a Studio called "The Green Room" on the second floor of the Beaux-Arts building in downtown Brampton. Her work includes both watercolours and painting on silk. The medium of dye on silk is challenging and her recent images are very colourful with a wide variety of subjects. This also applies to her watercolours, but buildings, wild flowers and water related subjects compel her to pick up the paint brush. She loves to travel, as well as wander the Ontario landscape and her camera is always handy, ready to pick up new ideas for the brushes.
