2 Hours Saturdays -- Oct. 18, 25, Nov. 1, 8, 15, 22 ******* Register With The Instructor *******

Materials Fee $15.00 for either Course 2 or Course 5 --- Students should bring their Standard Materials Package if they have it or bring their own pencil, eraser, ruler and sketchbook.

Course 5 - "Watercolour Exporation"

Scheduled for Sundays of each month.

This is a Non-instructional drop-in open to Members and Non-Members. Bring your own materials. A press is available on-site.

These drop-ins are designed for people with similar interests to get together and share their artistic interests in a pleasant workshop environment.

It is not necessary to do collographs, artists may drop in and work in other mediums. Space limitations will give preference to those working in the collograph medium.

Please confirm with contact the week of drop-in.

Workshop Drop-In Fees:

Half Day (3hours) = Members $3.00, Non-Members $5.00

Full Day (6hours) = Members $6.00, Non-Members $10.00

Kelly will take the students through all the steps in painting their own eagle in oils on canvas.
After lunch (pizza & juice provided by the teacher) We draw.
Each student will recieve a sketchbook, pencils, eraser

Art Supplies:
May be purchased from the instructor for $30.00.
Includes; one brush, one canvas, oil paints-White, Rose Madder, Burnt Siena, Yellow, Alizarin Crimson and Ultramarine Blue.
The instructor will also supply; other colours, Liquin, palettes, jars, gesso, brush cleaner and easels for use in class.

5- 2 Hour Classes ******* Monday July 28th through Friday August 1st

MATERIALS: Easels are supplied for use during classes.
Students need to bring canvas, any size
Brushes, small size for detail work, small rigger, 1/2" filbert
Oil Paint - Georgia Rowny, white, alizarin crimson, french ultramarine, cerulean blue, naples yellow, burnt siena, raw siena, sap green, rose madder quidacridone.
Styrofoam plates can be used as pallett
Odourless mineral spirits
Liquin (original) or Walnut Oil Alkyd
2 small glass jars
Please note: Feel free to bring your own picture (portrait, vacation, pets) if there is a special project you want to work on. Instructor will also supply references.

Art Quest Summer Camp is a full day, visual arts programme for children ages 7 through 14. This week long camp consists of a high quality, planned programme delivered by qualified teachers. Art Quest encourages excellence and nurtures creativity. The campers experience a wide range of unique art activities and explore a variety of materials and techniques in drawing, painting, printmaking and sculpture. The week culminates with a celebration on Friday when the campers host their own art exhibition for family and friends.

Included in this program is lunches, snacks, Art Quest t-shirt and all materials.

REGISTRATION: Starts Sat. June 21 2008 at 9:30 am
Full Payment is required in advance.
The instructor will try to accommodate all requests however, students who register for all five sessions will recieve priority booking.
Maximum 3 students per time slot (exceptions will be made for families)
If you want to be in the same time slot as your friend, please register together to avoid disappointment.
Private classes will be available by default - if no one else books in your time slot, it's private!

DETAILS: Sessions start and finish on time, so don't short change yourself by coming late!
No refunds for missed classes. Cancellations made at least 24 hrs. in advance can be reschuled if there are available time slots.

Join Ingrid Sestito, on Monday mornings from 9 – 12 noon at Beaux-Arts Brampton for a weekly drop in.
No need to be a member. Enjoy some creativity, some laughs and a good cup of coffee.
